I agree, a good balanced diet will give you the required vitamis you need in your day to day life However, what about those people in less advantageous living environments/ countries where food quality/ access to good food is non-existent, war-torn countries or places where people suffer from malnutrition? Ever since I was a kid I always thought taking vitamins was just weird It always seemed like your just swallowing a piece of drywall shaped into an oval And as I got older and started looking into how vitamins are made, alot of the ingredients used to make the vitamin and to help it keep its hard shape is mostly a bunch of fillers And when finding that out I knew vitamins are bullshit Think about it, in order to get the equal amount of vitamins in each pill you would have to maticulously make each pill 1 by 1 to make sure the equal amount of vitamins is in each pill Mixing the ingredients in a big batch and adding fillers to that batch your not going to get an equal amount of vitamins in each pill So that alone right there tells me it's bullshit The only way your body is going to get the nutrients it needs is if ypu eat the right foods daily so your body can absorb it from the food you intake during the digestive process Plus when you take vitamins your body doesn't absorb it as it does from the food yoh eat When you take a vitamin it just flushes right through you Our ancestors never took vitamins and the survived just fine, cause if they didn't we wouldn't be here So just eat good food and in order to eat good food yoh have to know what food is really all about Comment from : Dredd Mann |
