I try to stay away from certain commerative coins and proofs with highish mintages Unless its a dragon They'll release a coin for anything to cash in on the now and they don't care about value in the future So gotta be very careful if you looking to profit long term from proofs Not all are equal so pick wisely

I agree with your points There are certain examples that do hold their value but they are rarer This is why my strategy for holding long term is based more on weight If I invest in the proof collectable areas they are for quicker flips A key of my stack is that I only get what I like so that if I am stuck with it I am still happy Also, thank you for our recent transaction and for your customization to the piece Thanks for sharing my friend

Other than the 1909 incuse Indian, I've never really been interested in gold coins until I saw the new liberty coin this year, I'd give anything to own one but, it is out of my price range I do sort of like the anniversary coins for the walking and standing liberty coins as well as the mercury design from the mercury dime
