FYI Technical Issues with my new LG tv and a Pioneer SX-217 surround sound connected with an optical cable I was told I had to purchase No problem I was also told I had to use the LG remote to operate the TV and to keep the Pioneer on all the time set to CD After using the Xfinity Remote for years to press one power button and it always works and turned on both TV, Sound devices to find out that method was poo pooped I decided to test it brUsing the Xfinity remote I paired both the LG and Pioneer It worked perfectly I tested on/off at least 10 times every 30 minutes with no issues Turned the LG and Pioneer off with Power button, worked fine brHere is the catch The next morning my wife pressed the Xfinity power button and the LG turned on but no sound!! Volume control is useless, the Pioneer turns off, from the LG remote also, after several minutes the sound will try to work like in short bursts and after say 5 minutes the sound is perfect all day but the next morning same issue brI even spent a few hours with live Xfinity support, and they helped me pair both devices Which worked until the next morning? brOur settings are not being remembered or a cache or a cloud need attention brAnyone wish to help?

IDK tvs went back to the same price they were when I was growing up it used to be you could get a good one for like 500$ Now the fun ones are 2k But idk if I'm going to spend that much I'm getting an OLED and hoping i can find one above 65 inches :)

I’m still trying to go for an 80+ inch gaming tv because I still don’t have the best performance with a TCL 65 4 series (I know it’s a 4 series because I’ve done research on all TVs I’ve had) we’re all a Samsung family but I’m hoping for an LG C2 (and I hate the roku remote I need a more standard one I hate it because I’m a lefty and it’s definitely not made for me)

Your videos have really helped me choose a nice Samsung Frame TV I have a 75inch Samsung that is about 8 years old that has developed some sunspots and looking to replace it with a similar size or maybe upto 83inch are you suggesting that the Sony X90K is a good budget tv of that size? What is the best value in that range? I'm concerned that i may have the same issues with the samsung in that size again Love to hear your thoughts

One slight mistake I saw in the video is there was a scene saying 85" hisense u8h That size doesn't exist in the u8h or I would have purchased one U8h only goes up to 75", u7h goes up to 85, and once the U8K comes out it'll go up to 85" I'm trying to be patient and wait, but that u7h is such a great deal now that I might be forced to pull the trigger

I collect physical media so a large majority of 4K discs are in Dolby Vision / HDR / HDR10 It's rare if you find one that's HDR 10+ unless you find it at a streaming service but everybody knows that a disc will give you better picture quality and sound than streaming So no Samsung TVs for me

Don’t buy a tv from Best Buy I bought an open box excellent a95k There was a big mark in the middle of the screen, wouldn’t give a discount on a new one so I returned it Couple days later they put my tv back out for sale as open box excellent again You can’t call and talk to people at the local stores Complete waste of time
