IF not established for avoiding tax this is legal and all famous large corporations are established in a similar manner It is legal to pay less tax by incorporating in a lower tax jurisdiction Besides, the biggest benefit of a such structure is the protection of assets against con artists and greedy people (and some governments too) In the EU every citizen has the right to establish and conduct business incorporated in EU jurisdiction with the lowest tax However, it is funny how authorities love to call this structure illegal while at the same time they tax their citizens heavily and deliberately They 'hunt' such entities but they rewarded their banks that financially ruined the world during the 2008 crisis and made 100x larger damage to society With taxpayer's money of course Isn't that hypocrisy
