This 10 billion dollar package will not Ukraine it will go directly to US military contractors for fight with Russia After war and when Putin is done with Ukraine what ever will be left of that country they will need real help to rebuild their country This money and more should be spend on rebuilding the country , providing humanitarian help ,food , health care ,housing and infrastructures Ukraine without Direct NATO involvement (which all agree that it should not be considered an option ) at the end will lose to Russian forces Providing more weapon is like bringing more wood to the fire causing huge humanitarian disaster and loss of lives Ukraine will be forced to accept Putin terms to end the war or risk losing the entire country to Russian I think they will chose to accept Russian terms after heart breaking speech from their president rightfully blaming the west for their loss
