No, you go to the Career Main Menu, and it should have enter code, down at the very bottom of the page You don't go into the Promo Code

Well, the patch includes the bugatti veyron with 1001Hp and all these extra cars, but you need a savegame to get them in my cars, still it's great to drive the Veyron :)
