I needed to liquidate some silver in a hurry to cover unexpected expenses and my local coin shop did great for me No bullshit to be had, checked the weight, it was perfect, offered me a fair price and I was a happy man brbrI feel sorry that a lot of places have untrustworthy coin dealers, but not all of them are bad!

The MAJOR problem that I have with Silver/Gold is just how illiquid it really is! I had a "Stacker" on YouTube tell me to he sells his onCraigslist Yes, his financial institution is Craiglist OR the local 82-year old Coin Dealer who will buy it way UNDER spot price Precious metals is such a joke!!! I'll stick to Stocks that pay me annual dividends and can be liquidated in less than 1-minute!!

I just sold a 1924 Morgan, a Franklin Half and 3 1964 Kennedy Halves for $42i realize these guys gotta keep the lights on but i was suprised how little my local coin guy offeredHe will always have my loyalty bc the 1st time i dealt with him, i had some rare error coins and i didnt even know ithe couldve finessed me but instead he let me know what i had and showed me what they were worth plus bought them for a generous price
