I wish I was a white male to have got those same increases My firms never had even close to any increases like that especially when I was doing overtime for free and had 90 productivity But one coworker I knew that looked like you would do the bare minimum of starting at 8:30 and finishing at 5pm on the dot with 80 productivity had a nice promotion to manager Must be nice
