compared to the Russian "ВСС" (it sounds like vintorez, in Russian - ВВС, винтовка снайперская специальная, or in English - SSR, a special sniper rifle) - it sounds like a howitzer, not a quiet riflebrbrin terms of compactness - maybebrbrhowever, it is not quite correct to compare these rifles, after all, they have different tasks and technical characteristics

That is not how to make bulletproof polycarbonate, it has to be laminated, if you had a layer that thick but laminated it would stop nearly anything, including the 50 cal
