I just completed a renovation on a property I purchased to live in and probably convert to a rental in a couple years I opened 3 new credit cards to pay for it, collected 45k worth of sign-up bonuses and paid them off Agree at it being very easy to go overboard, especially if not paying cash Since I'm living in it, it's easy to think of doing extra Keeping a budget and sticking to it is important
