Morgan Pober, if the bank will finance the company and the company are not yours yet, you can not ask for a comercial debt in the name of the company, beucase teh company doesn't belong to you That been said, the only person that can ask for the loan are the current owner The current owner will not ask for a loan without being sure that the new owner will truly buy the company So, how the process works?
