The one that sounds weird is called a rolled thin error, its when they use the wrong stock for the planchets I found one of the same ones from the 70's the other day! Comment from : Mike Gigliotti |
The S Mint NIFCs are lower mintage than Ws, but they were all sold mint direct and they all will be uncirculated nice, for a long long time The Ws get more love because of that You can't just put up a whole roll of Ws like you can with S mintmarks Comment from : Sparky Jones |
1991 is a (semi?) Key date for Canadian coins That dime is minted at 50m If you found a 1991 cdn quarter that would have been legendary (450k) Comment from : M Death |

The problem is coins not being circulated Plenty of coins in jars at peoples homes because of online shopping and heavy credit card use Plus people just don't want to carry change Covid is huge reason for this Comment from : DALE STONER |

The light quarter was most likely dime stock and is quite a good find If you don't want it, send it to me😊 While the reference books do not have this date, the wrong stock could be used on any date "W" mints are always awesome finds If you don't already have "Strike it Rich with Pocket Change" reference book, I strongly suggest you get it Comment from : bobroth1951 |
