I hate the argument that it's "inconvenient" that the "primary" oven is on the bottom for the Café The reality is the Café ovens are designed very practically and more convenient People don't need or use large ovens often People are used to putting cakes and pizzas in large ovens because that's all most people had growing up, but in reality the Café top oven is the most practical size that people actually need for day to day dishes It's the perfect size for pizzas, casseroles, cakes, muffins, etc and saves energy because it's not wasting up energy trying to heat all the unnecessary space of a giant oven In reality the top oven is the main "primary" oven in most people's lives and very convenient, and you still have the larger bottom "secondary" oven for special dishes like Turkeys for Thanksgiving You get the best of both worlds, just wish the top oven could also be convection though

SAFETY not even mentioned, which is critical with gas appliances How do American-made gas appliances get UL certification/approval without a safety device to either 1) relight the flame or 2) turn off the gas in the event of a flame-out situation ?? Does it come with home explosion insurance? Really EVERY cheap Chinese import has both a thermocouple to turn off the gas AND an auto-relight My 1990 Kitchenaid gas cooktop had an auto relight-----but that feature has been discontinued by US makers----WHY??? (and why the term "premium"; and why is this expert ignoring the matter ??)

How about a comparison of the Cafe 30 inch double oven with the similar kitchen aid They seem to be the only 2 with such a configuration

Love my cafe dual oven stove My biggest complaint is that there is only one timer for the two ovens They need to do a software update to add a second timer feature It’s a bit of a pain when both ovens are in use

Thanks for the information, wish we sold higher end models like Cafe I have done a good amount of Kitche-aid dishwashers, but no stoves Keep the videos coming Would like to see a video more about all your service stats
