NO! This is one for Clark stinks! Do not do the Vanguard cash account in fact think twice about dealing with them at all They routinely lie and change policies on their accounts and procedures at will Doesn't matter how much it cost you the customer or how nonsensical it is I've even contacted their CEO Mortimer Buckley directly come and he couldn't be bothered even for multimillion-dollar account holders Just an average investor?
