I just finished praying to the Lord because this is something that I've always wanted to do I have all these extremely exciting ideas and goals and when I close my eyes I see them taking place I trust and believe that I'm going to reach my goal to become a certified visually impaired instructor and hearing impaired instructor I also want to work extremely hard to get my doctoral degree and I want to start my own business where I am supporting advocating and collaborating with families near and far and providing the upmost best services to support their children who are gifted in unique ways I know it's going to happen

Hi my name is David i'm 33 from brisbane Australia i too was born with sever vision impairment ( bilatteral congenital catteracts and now in later life bilateral ocular hypertention 6/60 corrected vision) i am a white cane user I Was also born CP as well due to problems during my mothers pregnancey and premiture birth I have seen another you tube clip on Lilly-grace in the past when her school took her cane away when she was much younger;- i am glad she now has it back firmly in her hand i had always wondered what had happned to her It is clear to see that Lilly-grace is a VERY determined young lady who will stop at nothing to to achieve what she wants ln life which are a direct result of the care and support her mum and dad give and their striving encroachment to her indipendance my pearents were the same way; i now live on my own in the city paying off my own apartment and have worked since i left school Anything is possable It is wonderfull to see she is progressing and continues to be loving life and school by the looks lol to the full! The support that RNIB give is also very important to to promote and push her continued independence into adulthood I wish her well for the future to her mum and dad -keep doing what your doing you are raising a very confident girl Well done David Brisbane Australia
