Short term mortgage deals have crazy interest rates So how much did they make after paying back both loans, depending on how long the whole project took the interest would mount up on the loans You have to live in the house 36 months before you pay no tax The govt isn't silly So the loan payments would be crazy after that on a short term loan brbrAlso what ever they made will be divided by 2brbrThe figures shown in this video are just a fallacy, only showing gross profit and not take home moneybrbrScammers
