Decided to finally give dollar shave club a try as I wanted to get rid of my beard I got the executive blade and I have to say I am very disappointed Their razor has a ton of pull to it and really just feels like sandpaper rubbing on my skin I am unsure the reason to be honest so I went back and used the Gillette razor I normally used and it felt much better I don't want to use Gillette but gosh darn it my shave experience was painful Maybe its to many blades so I will go down to their lover's blade Comment from : Dennis P |

Surprised with the mostly positive reviews for DSC on here The blades are mediocre at best in terms of quality and durability IMO, and most importantly, it is NOT cheap I tried the executive, and would have a hard time thinking an everyday shaver could make it much past a week getting a comfortable shave with thesebrI've been using the Gillette pro shield and have found their claim that their blades last a month to be true Do the math 1 DSC blade a week, the executive membership costs $12 a month, so $108 a year for DSC Pro shield, you can get an 8 pack on amazon for $33, so you get 1 month out of pro shield blade, $50 a year to shave with pro shield Even if you were pushing 2 weeks out of DSC blades , it's more expensivebrGrow out some scruff for a few days, shave side by side with a pro shield and DSC executive You will cancel your DSC membership, I promise Comment from : jeffcupp1 |

I did not tell test the Executive, but I did test a 4X with new blade and it was not as good as either of my Gillette razors I am not a Gillette fan per day I only buy them and pay the redicules price for there razors because I have been unable to find anything better I have learned more often than not you get what you pay for and Gillettes razors last me a long time Comment from : coolvideo28 |
