Just remember find out if theres a land lock on the properties, when property is PIF ask for free & clear title, also double check with property owner for who owns the timber and mineral rights, what are the zoning regulations, also get a survey, & walk the property Theres is alot you have to do but t is doable IE: Do your Due Diligence br🤟best of luck

I know for a fact that the property offered in s Oregon for cheap is right next to Native American landbrYou can buy it but if you try to take possession of it, you’ll probably wake up with a slit throatbrYou really need to do due diligence before buying some of these properties

Greetings,Scott,brI live in Washington and I've looked at some properties where I live, and they are crazy expensive I work in Washington in traffic safety So Seattle is an hour drive from where I rent, Snohomish would be great as I drive everywhere, and some areas are just not feisoble as a person needs rest as well any leads, would be helpfull
