I am a poor person living in America and I am employed but don't have a credit cardnever had a cardo not own a homeno subscriptions or memberships only go out to eat once every 3 months and eat a keto diet which is cheaper than buying junk foodno fancy clothes or jewelry the only thing that I do spend money on is my fur baby Sabrina Rose which I get special food for because she is disabled and I am grateful for everything I own and never waste food or time trying to impress or live beyond my means

I always keep sum money in cash envelopes so I don't spend it on things that I don't value I also save with the cash for later use such as fun money, money for bills that I may have to pay later on or save for future bills that I may have to pay later on whether or not I like toobrbrI also am saving for me to buy a car for cash so I don't have any payments later on I also save money for not flushing when I pee I only flush when I poopbrbrI also save money when I shop for food with my food stamps so I've decided to save my cash that I would spend on food in a envelope for a later use I also save my bread bags for a later use so I don't waste them by throwing them away I also save my five dollar bills And I don't wash my clothes every time I wear them Thus saving money for washing them all the time brbrAnd I use a vacuum sealer when I find sales on meats or other things I get from the store so I save them for later use without them getting freezer burned

My husband and I have a Yotta account We categorize our saving into life insurance, health, pet care, auto purchase, home repair, auto repair, emergencies, etc We have a regular savings account that allows us to put aside money for our mortgage and auto insurance costs It also allows us to put aside money to go into Yotta

Here in japan most of us use credit cards because we earn a lot of points and most of the companies here prefer cashless payments 😊

The only thing I’d have a problem with is getting rid of my credit cards I like getting my rewards I never spend more than 10 of my limit and I always make sure I pay in full within the week

Sometimes when I have cash in hand, it makes me spend too much What I'm doing instead is taking a ATM visa debit card that doesn't charge me for point of sale purchases at merchants
