I don't know how good is the 3D effect if the only sources of the pictures are 2D Pseudo 3D has this parallax effect which is not true 3D Put your hands in front of you with one hand half covering the other Close one eye and look at your hands This is the parallax effect that sort of mimicking 3D You actually can see this poor 3D effect on many of the existing reels for the View-Master where the source pictures were taken with a 2D camera The difference between these and those taken with 3D cameras is very obvious With that said, you can get a 3D digital camera today for about $350 such as the Qoocam Ego It has 2 lenses so it actually captures 2 images at the same time at slightly different angle to produce true 3D picture pairs I don't know why this Image3D service does not offer the option to upload these dual-image files to get the true 3D effect Comment from : Jason Luong |
