I think Matthew’s work has been expanding to reality now, which I find it fantastic I have seen on his earlier videos and could interpret that betrayal is unacceptable This video on the other hand gives a wider interpretation of betrayal itself to what one shall do if it happens to make oneself stronger after one has made a decision for that specific situation

For this❤️❤️ I had times where my trust was broken a lot And I didn't know how to cope with it So I became recluse and said to myself " I am not gonna trust anyone because it will hurt me anyway" but this video has been a saving grace for me I at least feel validated that I wasn't the only one who felt like this and that I can heal from this I started to hate myself and criticise that why am I always blaming people? Maybe I am the problem But now! I know that it's never all or nothing It's not white or black Maybe we both have problems and it's okay to have them since we are human and we shouldn't hate ourselves for it I am going to try as much as possible to trust others and especially myself 💝💝💝

My boyfriend of 7 years was sending pictures of himself and talking to other women behind my back,he had a separate account on Instagram with his single friends and these women on there I found out about this through a neighbor showing me a video of her child on Instagram Hmmm well trust I thought things were good apparently not The women say they met up and slept with him I just found this out now I actually thought things were good but this is a total letdown Not knowing what to do He wants to work it outi been cheated on multiple times,abused etc I never thought he would do this I'm going to have space most likely I won't be with him one time means multiple times so most likely I won't be with him

A lot of us come here regularly to find peace and reassurance but also, to work on ourselves I am proud of you, whoever you are I respect your efforts to not settle with your current self and to make yourself valuable I currently deal with a girlfiend who is devoted to me, builds with me and always brings transparency to any discussion or disagreement I love her for that She's also prone to get along better with guys because of her type of personality and due to past female friends betraying her I'm confident of her intentions yet the fact that she allows certain chemistry to flourish with one worker is worrysome and feels disrespectful I haven't yet figured out if its my demons defining boundaries or that i am not compatible with a personality like that Still searching for that answer but in the meantime, I will love her beautifully
