It’s hard to find black builders/developers in Texas I recently purchased my lot, been in contact with several lenders, the issue I’m having is securing a VA construction loan I took several deductions on my 2020/21 tax return when building the shop in my profile pic (shop sold in 2022) I was approved for conventional loan with $175k down My builder’s contract is $800k Price of lot is $140k Appraised value of project is $940k Any recommendations in getting this build done?

Good content but The audio quality isn’t quite there If you guys can improve that it would help a lot You can here a lot of echo at times and there’s a lot of screech at the high end when they speak Please improve this as it will make it a better experience for us the viewer
