this helped a lot, i dont work in the grill area but i take drive thru orders and make drinks sometimes i'd have to do it at the same time when we're busy and it used to really slow me down but now im almost the fastest person working in the front

I've been working at McDonalds for over a month now, I picked up on it quickly as I already did KFC for 10 months (approaching a year now) grills is pretty much just grill, wait, wipe, repeat I don't know about the US McDonald's but atleast the one I work at in Australia, the environment isn't too toxic

Nar mate as a customer you assembling those burgers is incorrect they’re messy and all over the place it is okay to slow down for a couple of seconds to assemble the burgers correctly don’t throw them together slap them together like you just do slow down slightly I know you have a lot of orders to do but it is okay to slow down for a couple of seconds just to assemble a burger correctly
