Getting really tired of the people who think you can start any business without going in debt There is a very old saying "It takes money to make money" If you have a solid business plan and have a ton of experience in the industry you are getting into and have done the math and worked out all the numbers, taking out a loan to start it is NOT a bad thing Consider the loan your senior partnerlast money in, first money out Make paying back that loan your highest priority

0:38 - Alright thats a bit too much of an exaggeration 4:10 - Thats a good valid way of thinking, but I think it's better to stay with the logic as in if your making profit, its profit, when your making profit "business owner's salary" in essence is irrelevant Because if business owner is running the business staying in the shop, all profit goes to the business owner's pocket What matters the most is how much profit the business owner needs to stay stable in the business When I say how much profit business owner needs is the profit for personal use Obviously business owner will need to calculate a certain profit margin to pay off loans monthly and expenses If a business owner's "salary" is lets say making $100K per month, and just started a new business but the business is not making profit for it's self does not mean it is a bad business There can be many factors to improve the business where the business makes money for it's self and not to keep on relying on the business owner's salary I think best business will develop if the business owner do in deed put in some effort back into the business from their salary These types of businesses are actually unique businesses where the business owner specializes in and are devoted to stay in business End of the day, business owner do indeed needs to understand the game The ones who are the most riskiest and innovative makes the most money down the road with their devotion and personal investment
