This is so true this goes back to the late '70s before this was passed by Congress thank God it's a federal law women would get pregnant and leave and when they came back to their job two things would happen they'd either get fired or demoted let's say even if you are a manager when you came back you were no longer a manager you were a salesperson again this law was needed back in the day we have come so far it's ridiculous but that is so true and you didn't have maternity leave you had to show up after that baby was born Comment from : Rochelle Nantista |
