It is such horrible advise So you should leave a job but start looking for another less stable job Because if you are providing some services you are pretty much going to have the same boss but the only difference is that you are taking more risk It's so stupid If you work somewhere and wanna quit, start thinking about the product, create a product, not a servicebrIf you are going to be a consultant, you better find a job with higher compensation Consultancy isn't scalable and you are going to end up in the same spot but with more risk and less rewards
