Bipolar is a bitch, no one can help me, I’ve had all the therapies and mind bending drugs, I speak for myself, but it’s one bitch I’ve had to suffer all my life, I’m surprised I haven’t thrown the towel in, suicidal thoughts are something I have to deal with on a daily basis since I can remember and I’m 60 years old now, so called ‘experts’ haven’t got a clue what to do with me, sod it, life goes onright? I feel like this is me which it is my mental illness started when i was 7 and now im 13 but i tried to ignore it i have been recently have panic attacks and i have anxiety and depression i finally got so stressed that i tood me counselor in school today, my mom started crying because she didn't know this because i have been hiding it from her and me having adhd it sucks and i have troubles but my mom has to take me to a mental hospital

I haven't had a proper diagnosis yet, but the anxiety, depression, and ASD sound like me I've had alot happen to me this year in 2023, and it was really harsh, I had pushed myself to the brink of shutdown And I knew I couldn't just give up either, so I had to finish to the end, but it left a big dent in my life though I'm praying for people with these mental issues and hope they make it through 🙏
