20 to 30 years ago when the Middle Class was flourishing in this country, this couple would have had a much easier time They would have had their own house by now and probably even could afford more kids if they wanted (Hispanics love lots of kids) Sadly, those days are over A Married couple has to work 3 times harder as their grandparents generation just to achieve the same things To me living in the back guesthouse of his parents home with 3 kids and a wife would drive me nuts Im an introvert who needs lots of solitude and quite time This situation would drive me nuts Im wondering if this played a part in Gabriel's addiction Record high inflation will only stress out this couple even more I wish them the best though Comment from : El Gringo |

Trying to have a successful stress free marriage nowadays in this unstable dysfunctional economy is next to impossible This is why the marriage rates are at an all time low Comment from : El Gringo |

Gabriel and Anna, it’s my first time commenting on this show because you two are so inspiring! Ana you are so amazing in showing grace to your husband’s faults Gabriel 20 I will be praying for you as you face your demons everyday and Ramit my man! You are a certified badass! I love you show and you have definitely change me and my husband’s life from fighting to tears about money, to having weekly meetings on how to get out of our debt (per his request so he can continue to know what is happening with our money!) Please don’t stop being relentless with helping people! It is your gift! Comment from : Kris & Brick |

This is by far the best episode yet What an impressive couple to overcome their past and want to better themselves I’d really love to see more realistic stories like this one, super inspiring to hear of those making $400k a year but it’s getting a bit not relatable to us “normal” folk 😆 Comment from : PetalsAndPups |
Spoiled? Maybe enabling Very brave to say these things out loud They can do this for the short term sacrifice for a lifetime of freedom and a legacy of wealth Great couple who love and cherish one another Comment from : M |

About “0 interest” credit/store cards - that interest resets to the full 20-30 APR, retroactively assessed from the time you spent the money, if you don’t pay off the entire amount in full by their deadline, which is usually between 90 days and 1 year Comment from : joefunk76 |

Currently advising / non-advising (because I am not a financial advisor!) my friend who has come out of addiction I'm helping her put her finances back together, over the past year, and still ongoing This vid was good insight for me, while I'm helping her It's emotional for you, and I hope no one is here to make fun of you as a couple That's not fair, because you are making changes Stay close to your sponsor, and your family You're doing good man! Comment from : Megan Bassett |
This is hands down one of my favorite episodes! Gabriel you have nothing to be ashamed of, if anything you are brave! We all suffer with addictions rather its over spending, drinking too much, its all a drug at the end of the day His wife deserves kudos as well showing what it means to support someone you love through the ups, down and even the ugly Thank you both for sharing your story because it is so relatable!! I wish you both much success on your journey to living your rich life!! Comment from : Janell Batey |

Prime example of why you don’t SPOIL your kids The best gift you could give your kids is love and support but not giving in to every whim and desire they have Most important values are - self-respect and responsibility One of the most important lessons you can teach your children is hard work and goal setting I struggle with it too as a mom because you want your kids to have the best I’ve learned over the years that teaching them to work hard and save is so important Comment from : Isabel Reyes |

Ramit, why would you use a credit card vs a debit card if you have the cash and you’re going to pay it in full anyway? Just curious what the benefit is, since you don’t care for credit card points or rewards Comment from : Katelynn Smith |

I'm half way through the video while posting this comment and don't really care that I haven't finished it yet Gabriel is an example of how I would love to live life: Strong, honest, rational and willing to write his wrongs and focus on his future all while taking his family into consideration Well done Gabriel Comment from : Ej Icon |

I'm starting a business and am about to be financially stable enough to start putting money into the market My biggest question before I get started is: How do I know if the stock market is too high right now so should I wait for a downturn before investing? Or what type of stocks (ETF, Index Funds, Penny Stocks, High Yield Dividends, etc) should I buy at different turns in the market? Comment from : Watkins Jorge |
Wow, truly one of the best couples! brbrI was used to couples not talking, getting stuck on minor details, having to unpack their traumas, triggers (don't get me wrong, I still learn a lot from those episodes) but seeing two young people ready and truly needing just financial support made my day! brbrThey showed how it can be straightforward, easy to communicate, etc They've done the hard work now they just need support getting to the next level brbrSuch a difference from the last two couples, ty Ramit for having them on the show! Comment from : JM JM |

❤ hearts for Gabriel it takes a lot to put your financial business out there to the world it takes even more to share a story of addiction I wish you and your beautiful family every happiness going forward It was so beautiful to see what I saw as you repaying your beautiful wife for her loyalty and support by taking accountability for your actions and being present and motivated to work with her on this Truly one of the only episodes I’ve watched where it very much felt like a team mentality from the beginning Wishing you success in all areas ❤ Comment from : Donnas Wonderland |

TODAY!" Comment from : Jester435 |
