Very helpful video Thanks for posting this The video makes it sounds like standard tickets are easy to procure However, I have not been able to find even a single ticket for the whole 30 days period that co-op culture has opened the tickets for Am I missing something?

From what i read on Coop Culture website it has changed again You can purchase tickets on site somewhere since May but you need to be quick early morning

Hi! I just spent the weekend in Rome with some friends! I don't know if this IS useful but we struggled to buy tickets online and we actually did manage to buy tickets on site (and not from random scammer people) We bought them from the official Colosseum ticket counter

I booked the colosseum roman forum and palatine hill tour through viator for May 31st and 2 days beforehand my tour was cancelled no reason or email from Viator when i got in touch they said it was an issue with the interior of the building yet when we visited the colosseum on the day of the tour there were hundreds if not thousands of people going in and out AVOID

You’re right—the time of day these tickets are available keeps fluctuating I can’t figure out the pattern Sometimes it’s 3:30 am; sometimes it’s 5:00 pm for the same experience I’m not sure what’s happening now though because no tickets at all are being released for purchase beyond July 19th for full experience tickets The 20th and 21st are greyed out boxes even though they are less than a month away Any idea as to what’s happening?

We were there in November and didn’t have tickets We were approached by a young man who led us to an English speaking guide that took us and about 20 others in for a nice tour I think it was €45 a person Pretty easy for day of tour

I purchased Roman Pass and went to one of the four booths outside the Colosseum to pick up the Roman pass with the admission There was a very long line for the booths and I think it’s a line to purchase tickets? I told the staff I was there to pick up Roman pass and they let me cut in front of everyone to pick up the pass
