Thank You so Much for the priceless information!brI do all of the 12, but have done well below what I should have been doing I have recently turned up the dial on all of these, since the 15th of Aug 23, just last month, when I experienced an heart attack due to one completely closed artery and one at 95 Thank God for His grace and a great team of people at Harris Heart Center here in Fort Worth, Tx I only had to have three stents put in, just a small incision made in my groin area, and only had to stay in the hospital a day and a half Released in the evening of the 16th I am sooo soooo blessed and grateful beyond words! Starting my rehab and starting to increase my intake of the proper foods and taking my prescribed meds As I stated from the beginning, this was so timely and so informative Doc I will be following your programs and praying for you at the same time Be Richly Blessed and keep being a blessing, we needed this wonderful information!! Thanks Again!!!

100 not one person including the host of this video can explain this My daughter had surgery on her kidney over a year ago She now has kidney stones floating freely around her body That’s only a small issue compared to what the stones are doing They migrate and find their way OUT OF HER BODY thru her skin She has expressed no less than 6 stones from her back thru her skin Yes it is exactly what it sounds like Every specialist she has seen can not explain nor do anything about it If anyone reading this has heard of this PLEASE PLEASE respond We are desperate 😥

thanks for much good info not a fan of tumeric and some leafy greens( partly due to high oxalate) I think curcumin extract is lower) Despite my Mediterranean heritage I'm also not a big fan of olive oil due to it's high oleic fat content, which , in my opinion , can lead to metabolic torpor I appreciate the reality that our biochemistry is very complex in general and extremely individual, so I can understand that simple health advice cannot not account for that complexity
