I’ve been in county a couple times for petty stuff (simple possession, Capias, probation violation etc and this is 💯 False Nowadays most guys in county either have petty time, upcoming court date and have been in since initial arrest so that they have time served when they have upcoming court date The others are just waiting on their spot to open up for the penitentiary Most county jails last 10 years have an automatic 11/29 added charge if you fight in county There was a guy that had been in county for 2 years, and said he’d only seen maybe 2 fights that whole time The others waiting to ship off, already have their security level risk as medium (and obviously they’re in genpop pod so if they get in a fight it could jeopardize security level and be huge difference in their destiny Most people in jail are all talk 90 are full of shit, but I’ve met several good folks in there Nowhere I ever wanna be again But the “you gotta fight” rumor of county jail, in the last decade at least, is a big myth They happen, but 90 of the ones in county when I was there 7 years ago, had never had to fight Comment from : NatureBoyRicFlair |
