basically need to deal with YOUR canadian banks' american subsidiaries or affiliates and get the cc's that way You can't open a regular bank account at any american bank without a social security number and other forms of american ID like a US drivers license, proof of address, etc

Hi Matthew , the American Express Global Transfer Program you mentioned requires US - issued Social security number or US- issue individual tax identification number to be entered when apply for the credit card which we Canadians don't have so how do we go around this ? thanks

Hi Matthew, Great video and thanks a lot for the legal tip I have a question though Do they report to Amex Canada and the credit bureau in Canada? I'm curious because i'm wondering if they might cancel the canadian accounts since we said on the application that we are moving to the US so they might think that we no longer need our Canadian cards An answer will be greatly appreciated I'm also curious to know how do you bounce between cards and country on the AMEX website Is it all showing in 1 single pages?
