Thank you for this video, it was fun and uplifting and I learned so much! brbrI've done some L&D work informally at past nonprofits I worked at and I have a background in education but never considered myself going into it professionally This video not only educated me but also validated some of the instinctual skills I used to help with training in my past companies brbrI relatively recently made a pivot into copywriting, but have been re-inspired to look into organizational culture and L&D work Thanks again -- I'm also going to look into the free guide your team offers :)
