Thank you so much! A lot of useful resources My personal favourite is the Naked Scientists I always spot new words and expressions there that are used in the exam texts and it's much easier to learn (or learning???) them in context Can you, please, make a video on the difference between the verbs followed by to/ing? I know that some just need to be memorized, but some can use both with a difference in meaning, for example, try to do, try doing, like to do, like doing etc,so you need to understand the context of the whole situation Thank you 💕 Comment from : Oreo Dreams |
My personal fave is an app Pocket Comment from : blingberry |

I agree with Ben that articles from the Guardian, especially those from the Opinion section, are good quality I usually read an article or two when I am on a bus to kill time Those writers are fairly distinctive and use a spectrum of expressions and analogies in their writing However, they are sometimes over stylized I do understand this helps the articles stand out, though So in terms of learning how to write better, I shouldn't have complained 🤣 Comment from : Tyler Kwong |

Dear Ben, thank you for useful sources The thing is that I find myself preoccupied with the quote which is usually attributed to Socrates: " 'The more I know, the more I realize I know nothing" ☹ And at times the realization is somewhat overwhelming to the point of discouragement (imposter syndrome:) But despite all these, I refuse to give up🙃✊ Comment from : Blissful Mummy&I |
Great job Ben, thank you! I like The Conversation as well I think it’s very interesting Comment from : Angélica Souza |
Dear Teacher: The Guardian is a toxic newspaper like The Mirror too More of these articles are overrated, I could read in one sitting several articles, but unbiased is not its motto They are always sweeping out against other countries The UK is untouchable, even more, in and of itself they are living into its famous forefathers " is told by The Telegraph and The Guardian, so it is a powerful truth BBC is my favorite one absolutely Comment from : MANUEL GORDILLO |
