I donate regularly If you're nervous about donating, just eat a good meal before you donate If you're normally healthy person and eat a good meal, you'll not feel a thing after donating I've never felt weak after donating and I've actually gone and done a hard gym day Donating blood (bloodletting) has many good health benefits as well (dumping excess iron, rbcthat can make your blood "sticky") I understand it may cause you to be anxious, but if you're healthy, you have nothing to worry about PS if you've not been Vax:(inated, your blood may be worth a lot more than those who took the arm ticket I donate regularly as a "pure-blood"

You forgot about power red or double red donation in which they take a unit of blood and keep the red cells while returning the plasma and platelets and a little bit of saline solution in two cycles…did one today and will be eligible to donate in April next
