I have chronic pain in my feet Today I had a particularly troublesome day related to the pain and my job It hurts so bad that after work all I could do was lay down This was even after taking a Jacuzzi and a soak I listen ted this video I began to think about my resentment towards my boss for not understanding my foot pain I begin to think about all the resentment that I’ve had relating to jobs and my pain I was also feeling extremely lethargic, and I really wanted to get out and go for a walk So I decided to do that and I thought about the gratitude that I have for the job that I have, which put me in a town which I really like and I would not otherwise be there So focused on this and went for a walk around the town I did notice that my foot pain was much less severe, and I got a sense of joy and gratitude, this was while walking So the concepts in this video were really true for me today I want to keep that motivation consistent

It's actually a good challenge to push deeper with each and every meditation My goal is to be able to levitate while meditating, go all in each and every day, and become even more familiar with At some point, you're going to cross over to pure energy So meditate to the point that you become zero point energy I believe I will achieve this in my lifetime, and so can all of you

When dealing with grief, how do you know when enough is enough? We all heal at different paces when it comes to grief so what are some good points to recognize, mantras to meditate with etc to help with the healing process? Not even to heal "faster" but to be able to heal completely while we still acknowledge the loss but need to progress in our lives? Thanks Doc :)
