Very informative video I am looking to start my wholesale business I am just confused after I get my final offer together to the seller, and I go out to find my cash buyer on Craigslist or fb marketplace How do you know the price to ask for the cash buyer? Is it the difference from what your agreed purchase price to the seller was to the comps that were pulled in the area?

Instead of going through private, individual sellers via ads and calls, is it ok to go through mega multi-million investors, like the major ones that buy up all the land and homes in your city, lol
