Sure it would be hard for any person or organization of people to pull off But wouldn't it be fairly feasible for say, the russian government to invest in having the capability to mass print perfectly accurate bills? It wouldn't be a terrible idea if you're worried that your own currency might crash and burn, so I could imagine it could not only get a ton of funding, but would also certainly be able to resource the expertise and materials to do such an operation brbrI wonder what would happen if the US found out another country was counterfeitting bills perfectly Technically there would be no way to tell since they'd not only be identical, but we still have old styles of money in circulation so you'd be able to use that money forever since they aren't going to outlaw other old style "real" currency
