I think your approach was better for two reasons First, you didn’t know how it was going to shake out when you went into the deal Hindsight is always 20/20 Second, people who are learning from you may not have the loot to make payments for years on speculation Your approach allowed you to pick and choose when to sell based on optimizing the market, instead of feeling pressure to sell because you “had” to sell for some reason Great video, my man

Definitely not stupid It’s all part of the learning process You both made great money, you would have made more by just doing payments but still 62k on a passive investment and spending only 2400$ is prettty damn good deal imo In the future I would’ve just made payments like any other normal loan but that’s not an option for many of us who are new to the game I’m only 25 and learning This all by myself
