As someone from Omaha, thanks so much for doing top 50 cities and not just top 50 states I live in downtown Omaha and I get so tired of the corn stereotype cause I don’t live near cornfields, I live in a pretty good sized city, went to a big, diverse high school and most people from Nebraska live here, as well Also pleasantly surprised that you knew some things about it 😊

A condo, short for condominium, is a situation where the residents own their individual units and are responsible for the interiors, but are part owners of an association that handles building-wide or exterior stuff Usually, they pay mandatory subscription fees to the association to keep it funded Apartment buildings or connected townhouses will often be organized this way if they're not rentalsbrbrTechnically, the duplex house I live in is a condominium, but in that case, the only owners are us and the person living in the other half, and it's more informally organized than a typical condo What it means is that we have to agree on anything we do to the exterior, the grounds or the roof, and we'll split the cost on anything that really touches both units

As someone who lives in Arlington, we all have a preferred city, and many will fight if you say they're from the wrong one😂 Also, the culture in Arlington is very different from either of the 2 main cities because despite being so big it doesn't feel like it The downtown is a college town and the tallest building is at most like 9 stories

A condominium looks like an apartment It is an attached building with units but you buy the unit like a house instead of renting it Some are as big as a medium sized house People buy them because they are single but want to own their own place, because they don’t want to be responsible for maintenance like landscaping ( there is a monthly fee to take care of tasks like that)

The fact that you have Kansas City, MO listed but not St Louis, MO makes me realize this isn't reliable St Louis is way, way bigger than Kansas City by far! If you did some research, you would find that St Louis splits up into counties with their own jurisdiction but are together under what is called the St Louis Metropolitan Area
