A better way would be take the time to build your molds to the exact weight or fluid oz you need to pour the gold in exact weight you need Its worth puting the time to develop said mold the the time you use to add gold to each bar

A better option if you know how to do this or know someone who can, is to use a TIG Welder It would produce a smaller affected area, be even quicker when you tune it in However I have little (none) gold welding experience lol So you might be the first Gold Tig welder if you get this going Cool stuff man

If anyone is worried he's not truly soldering since he's not using any "solder" but actually fusing This is actually the better way to do it since solder is used more in repairs as it has non-gold compounds that help it to melt into the gold to hold broken chains or rings but this just looks like melting gold into other gold, hence fusing
