MT-07 is a horrible motorcycle It is heavy, the throttle is super jerky, and the gearing is too high, so you will be controlling your movement with a clutch a lot in the cities, instead of just setting gear 1 and throttling gently around And the throttle is jerky Also the suspension is soft and the heavy mass of the bike makes it horrible for fast stops or slow maneuvers It would also not be a bike I would take for standing on the pegs for any distance of off-road Overall, I think it is one of the most overrated bikes It is only good for fast highway, but it is not even comfortable there, because it is a naked bike

When he put the Kawasaki ninja 400 on one of the lower tiers i got really concerned 😮 Thats probably one of the most appropriate beginner bikes especially since my husband his brother and most of my family rides and has for years the Kawasaki ninja 400 is the most recommended beginner bike in my family

While im already used to the power of my Z400 after less than 2 weeks I still wouldnt pay 8 to 9k for a 650 when a Z900 is 10500 out the door And i wasnt so irresponsible to do that And I couldnt pay 4k for a well used 400 when i could get a new one with a warranty for 2k more Least that was my thought process

I started lessons in 2019 on a Yamaha MT7 2017 model, and i finished on a Honda CB600 2008, and i bought a Honda CB600 Hornet 2001 as a first bike, very forgiven and easy to ride in low RPM's and above 6K RPM to 12K RPM it goes vicious

Why do western bikers always says beginners motorcycle that has a smaller displacement So does a professional dirt bike rider who uses a 125cc or a little bigger displacement is still a beginner? Only Americans says beginner bikes There’s no such thing So if I ride a small displacement engine I’m still a beginner even I rode 30 years of my life? So should I always have to buy bigger displacement to be called a intermediate and a lot bigger as I go on ? That’s why there’s lesser younger Americans are riding bikes because the so called beginner

Here in the UK for a starter bike we have to start on a 125cc unless you go straight for your full bike license from day one but starting riding on a provisional license and on a 125cc is the great way to go when your starting out because you can’t go any faster than 75-80mph so your less likely to go faster than you should and almost kill yourself

Very interesting and informative list however these bikes seem to very much reflect your personal taste What I mean is, it is one thing to say a bike rides well but it is another to say that you feel cool while riding it I'd love to see a cruiser option list rather than just solely enduro-style or sportsbike style One day I'd like to get something like a Harley or Triumph cruiser but in the meantime I'm looking for a decent beginner cruiser It'd be good to see what the A-tier and S-tier beginner cruisers are

Ok wow 650cc is "beginner bike"brYou guys in America desperately needs the CBR150R, R15, or GSXR150 or at least CBR250RR, R25 or ZX25R, basically 150-250cc bikes These are real beginner bikes Low power but enough to reach highway speeds(my R15 hits 100kmh quite easily), good stopping, lightweight, cheap to maintain while still being funbrThe moment you put CBR500R at a low tier kind of made me cringe You can't get a more beginner friendly bike than the CB300R, CBR500R, MT03 and ZX4RbrPerhaps change the list to "best bikes for intermediate riders"
