It seems early to be looking for real estate Rates are still going up I think the Fed raises rates higher than they are letting on, and that will push real estate lower The moment of opportunity will be vast for cash buyers (possibly a multiyear timeframe) In the meantime, my cash is mostly in money market mutual funds (currently earning +431) With some cash, I have been day-trading oil ETFs and hope for another bull market 2022 was just yesterday and 2023 looks similar Will it take another 20 drop (with some bear market rallies) to tame inflation?
