Just because Terry is in shape doesn't mean his food addiction and disordered eating is entirely under control, and commenting on his body (as Jake does here) is literally the opposite of how you help someone with food and body image issues This is not to say "Jake shouldn't have done that in the show", but for anyone reading to acknowledge that comments about people's bodies, however positively intended, can have a really negative impact -- especially if you already know that they suffer with issues around self-image and disordered eating

It's revealed later in the episode that his tell when he lies is that he starts using contractions (YOU'RE both good at poker), but in this video at 0:49 Holt says "no I don't gamble any more", which is a contraction, therefore it's possible Holt has secretly been gambling behind everyone's backs the entire time
