Hi, I would like you guys to help me, I am in a regular point in mi life and I started lo look back in my old histories and I feel like I was in such good point in my life and since I broke up w my bf It all went down like people in my school started create rumors about me and I had a problem w a friend that I was so close with and I have been in a serius depression because of all that and I dont know how to be im my “peak” again If someone has been in my place please give me Andy advice to improve my life and myself❤️

i have watched many videos of your and they are good but i saw a problem that u use toxic motivation to motivate people which work for some people but it does not work for most of them and specially who is already struggling with ur mental health i myself am struggling with mental issues i tried to follow ur points but in the end i found myself in a worse position than the earlier so i want to tell people who have mental issues that consult a therapist nd after healing follow her not before

It’s been an entire year since I climbed from one of my darkest periods in life And only now am I discovering Liz’s videos They open my eyes even more than before and I just wish I’ve found out about her earlier, and told myself I wasn’t wrong and stopped doubting myself Thank u brAlso praying that people in need can find out about her videos in time and help them the way they guided me

The thing is, Liz you wouldn’t have been the same person Yeah what you went through made you more understanding of other ppls pain but you also wouldn’t have the qualifications you have now to help ppl on the scale you are doing it You’re reaching so many people through your channel Not at all justifying your experience but despite all that you’ve been through you turned out incredible So I don’t think we would have the Wizard Liz without the hardshipsbrbrAlso what you said about scapegoats getting blessed is 1000 truebrbrI’ve had all my dreams answered by God but i had to go through the hardships I feel those of us who have experienced a lot of suffering, we really do get a happy ending but we have to keep pushing toward the light We can’t just wallow in the past Do the work, get through the darkness, there IS light at the end of the tunnel 🙏🏽

Im making this comment right now because im going through one of the toughest times ive ever been through, recently i put alot of hope and work in to succeed at something but due to some external factors out of my hands and somee internal factors that are my fault i couldn't succeed, im disappointed in myself ,my parents and let down people who believed in me, but despite that ive decided to push on and try again, start over from scratch Liz has been one of the only sources of any positivity and encouragement in my life and ive understood that i need to trust the process and keep working hard, i know im capable and can do whatever i set my mind to and 6 months from now im going to be a different person who hopefully has accomplished what she wants to
