Hmm so he bought an 18000 property He put 2000 down on a credit card And “essentially got it for free” Except that if you use the 25 dollars to pay for the credit card debt, it would take over 80 months (67 years) to pay off (and that’s not including interest) Im not saying it wasn’t worth it, but it wasn’t free unless there is something that I missed?
