It wasn't just edited they left full books out and they did that so they could control our walk and relationship with our Creator! We were raised understanding that religion was created by man to use for their own purposes like fear and control of the world population!! If you control spiritual practices and worship while making entire groups of people who believe differently on things out to be in league with the devil when it is becoming more clear they tend to be in league with all things evil! Now that is power and control, it's almost as if they intentionally made themselves the antethesis of The Book of Revelation speaks of when addressing the beast, it does have the number of man That's just my opinion that I've come to understand over the years of study and reflection along with guidance from the greatest man, outside of Christ, that I've ever known That was my father who not only was an outstanding man in our community for his many works he did throughout his life but was a minister a very spiritual Southern preacher whose foundation was built on God, faith and spirituality not religious conviction and their guilt traps full of fear and humiliation!! I guess us being of Cherokee descent strengthened our spiritual connection with our Creator because we never separated them from each other, it would not have been prudent to destroy the connection yet they did for the most part and it is being exposed!! I just pray that more people will awaken to the truth and embrace that truth rather than condemning it and passing judgement on those who walk away from the fake religions and false teachings that most of us have all been indoctrinated with since everyone decided to obey man and not only become part of the false church and their teachings but become prey for the elites and Satan to drain our energy and destroy our ability to seek out God for our personal relationship and walk with Him They really wanted everything including our souls destroyed because they have stopped at nothing become a god pretty much!!
