Hi Bryan, thanks for the inspiring video I'm really happy your passion turned into something even bigger <3 I have a one question though How did you mostly reached out to your clients? Was is emails, was it phone calls or in person meetings or was it opposite and they reached out to you? I'm guessing it's mix of everything but I would love to know if there was some dominating way I've been a freelance photographer for past 6 years and although I'm from totally different place than States I wasn't able to reach 40k for client work and for example emailing never worked for me and sending 20 emails, putting the effort and ideas in there and getting no answer at all is kind of frustratingThanks for any feedback and take care! Cool video I am always looking for a way to work part time as a photographer As a retired engineer, and having been into film and now digital, I want to do more than just shoot my own family I don't need the money but making a little is not such a bad idea I like exploring new ideas like yours Comment from : Patrick McFadden |
|
Cool video How do you handle release forms? My understanding is legally a photographer should also obtain signed releases from any recognizable person in the photograph, not just the main subject if used for commercial purposes Larger groups or gatherings might be okay under editorial laws Granted this is different depending on what country you live in Comment from : Jay King |
