I learned math by playing an almost scary horror game which i meant to be disguised as an educational game back in 3rd grade and let's just say It was useful (the game is Baldi's Basics)

as someone who has been playing video games since they were 4 and is mostly self taught yeah video games have helped me learn quite a bit since teachers and my parents viewed me as a lost cause since I have ASD so when people say video games cause violence I always say to them "Yeah I remember when world war 2 was started over a game of Pac-Man"

Love all these "free access to teachers" games and apps, but why not just make them free to the public? I don't homeschool, but would like to supplement my child's learning As a child who's at the top of his class, I just know he's being held back

I loved playing civilisation 5 as it teaches you how to multi task and prioritise what’s most important and needs doing but this particular one that I played had a glitch bug on it as it was a demo but it actually made it better than the normal one
