Notwithstanding how anxious everyone is about the property market due to inflation, there is still an enormous amount of demand that is ready to fill the gap We peaked in the second quarter of 2020 and are now at the median level, according to Jeff from the comments It decreased by 3 between 2008 and 2012, and by the second quarter of 2020, it had declined from 68 to 65

If you started from scratch, you wouldn't be able to buy a bunch of properties at one time - a property in Beverly Hills and the duplex in Kansas City Very disappointed that this video came across this way instead of the reality that 99 of us face which is we can only buy on property a year if we're lucky

Don't price gouge the mid-term market just because you're assuming that traveling professionals are making a "killing" To David's point, people need to consider that pay rates are now normalizing as we exit this pandemic Doesn't make sense to charge an arm and a leg to cater to one specific tenant pool (medical professionals) when the situation has changed Now don't get me wrong, traveling medical professionals aren't getting treated like teachers in any way but it's also not ok to charge a thousand dollars more than market rent just because you think that nurses are making a "killing"
